Chisako Masuo-sensei's piece "中国が東シナ海に漁船2000隻を動員して470kmのUオピニオン賞民融合、春から海上民兵の活動が常態化か（掲載：東洋経済オンライン)" published in 東洋経済新報社（Toyo Keizai Inc.）a few months back has received tremendous attention in Japan and abroad. We are witnessing China whole-of-government approach. They are signaling that nothing will deter them from their goal of pushing out the West from the Indo-Pacific. China wants entire First Island Chain and change the rules-based world order.
